Garlic naan recipe!

Save this super easy garlic naan 🧄 recipe that's definitely going to come handy to spice up the weekend during the current quarantine season!




Ingredients: 4 cups of APF 1.5 cups s of warm water (not boiling hot) 2 tbsp yeast 2 tbsp coconut yogurt 2 tbsp olive oil pinch of sugar garlic mint leaves (optional) For dressing: Vegan butter/ olive +salt Khus khus Sesame seeds Garlic cloves (as desired)




Method: 1. Warm up water and add in the yeast to it with a pinch of sugar to activate it. 2. In a food processor, add the water, flour, olive oil, yogurt and pulse till it becomes a dough. 3. Knead the dough for a while and let it sit from abt 30 mins (at least) to overnight to ferment under a cheesecloth. 4. Next, when the dough has risen, knead again and make 8-10 little balls. 5. Using a rolling pin, shape them into a naan and add some garlic + mint leaves and roll them on the naan using a rolling pin again. 6. Heat it on a tawa and while it rises, cover with a lid so that it creates a vacuum. 7. Flip it to the other side carefully making sure the mint leaves or garlic don't come off. And ready! Have it with dal makhani or shahi tofu! Enjoy ✨🌻
