Beat the heat with this chocolate ice cream- the vegan way! It's super easy to make using accessible ingredients lying at your home. And the best part, can be made sugar free too!

Ingredients
✨1 cup of coconut milk
✨Soaked cashews (handful)
✨Sweetner (any; based on preference and to taste): Soaked (deseeded dates), Sugar, Liquid jaggery
✨ Dark compound or melted dark chocolate (half a bar)
✨1 tbsp coffee powder
Method:
✨Blend all the ingredients together and freeze for 6-8 hours.
✨Churn the ice cream every hour while it freezes if not using an ice cream churner to give the churned effect. Enjoy! 💕🥰
