Spicy soy kebobs to spice up your tortiallas and wraps! 💥

Ingredients:
Soya Chunks-1-1/2 cup
Onion-1 big size
Potato-1 big size
Green Chilli-1-2
Garlic Cloves-10-15
Ginger-1 inch
Gram Flour-3-4 tbsp
Corn Flour-3-4 tbsp
Coriander Seeds-1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds-1-1/2 tsp
Fennel Seeds-1 tsp
Black Pepper-10-12
Whole Red Chilli-1
Garam Masala-1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder-1 tsp
Dry Mango Powder-1-1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
Salt To Taste
Coriander Leaves
Oil for shallow fry in non stick pan.
Preparation:
1. Soak soy chunks, potato, onions for 4 hrs or less.
2. Grind Soy chunks with garlic & chilli.
3. Grate soaked potato and raw onion and strain the excess water from them.
Method:
1. Make a dough out of the ground soy bean, potato and onions. You can add corn too!
2. If it doesn't bind use chickpea flour or semolina flour or cornflour or all-pupose flour so that it can bind.
3. Add the spices in them as mentioned. Do dry roast the spices before adding them.
4. Shallow fry and it's ready to eat!
